We are Kim Gardner and Susie Lipps. We were roommates in college at Arizona State University and lost touch for MANY years! Just recently we connected and realized we live just 30 minutes from each other in Sonoma County and are both in the wine industry. How fun is that?!

Kim is a sommelier and has been a wine educator for many years, and most recently at Silver Trident in Napa. Find her on Instagram as The Queen of Napa Valley… and she is!! She started making upscale, Napa Valley gift baskets for friends and clients many years ago, and has created quite a following!

Susie spent many years leading in the nonprofit space and has a degree in Leadership from Fuller Seminary. After many years of living around the world, she found herself in Sonoma County and decided to start Conversations in the Vineyard. She loves living at the intersection of leadership and the metaphors found in the vineyard, guiding people into a more sustainable way of living and leading. There is so much to learn from the vineyard as “teacher”.
